1.We advise that you inspect the products promptly at the time of delivery and installation and notify us of any defects promptly only for the following Reasons.
Incorrect or Incomplete Product
The returns are accepted only if we are intimated in writing within 24 hours of delivery / installation. Please write to email@example.com with your order id . We request you to retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by our team.
2.To return any items that are damaged or not as per your original order, please return at the time of delivery to the delivery person or inform our customer care within 24 hours from the time of the product delivery.
3. Our customer support team will call you within 48 hours and initiate the collection of the product as soon as the refund request is validated by us.
Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of pickup. Depending on the mode of payment you used, Banks and Payment Gateways usually take between 7-10 working days to credit the amount to your account. The refund amount will be equal to the paid amount for an item.
